WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We do our best to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. In general, most frame orders are processed, produced and shipped within 2-3 business days - and typically arrive in 4-5 business days. Canvas orders are usually produced in 3-4 days, arriving in 5-6 business days. Next day and 2-day express shipping are available, however please note that these options will not affect processing time. International orders typically arrive within 6-10 business via USPS Priority Mail.

CAN I SHIP TO CANADA/INTERNATIONAL/APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

Yes. Additional charges may apply. Items will be shipped USPS Priority International or FedEx, per request.

What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?

We will provide a no charge replacement or refund for any quality issues. We may request to have the presentation / order returned to us and would provide a return shipping label. We do not provide a refund based on customer preference. We will provide a refund or a no charge replacement for any orders damaged in shipping. For a refund or replacement, please contact studio@gwennknapp.com. There’s a 15% restocking fee that is applied for any order canceled or exchanged.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?  

Unless your order has already gone into production you can cancel it. Please contact studio@gwennknapp.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?  

Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.

All Original works of art and Signed Prints are insured for shipping to client and will be shipped via UPS 3-Day Select or USPS Priority Mail. 

Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available.

All shipping and handling costs must be borne by the buyer. We use UPS for international shipping but we're happy to ship with any carrier you're comfortable with. 

Gwenn Knapp and MOTTASIA Inc, will not be responsible for import duties and taxes required for international shipping. 

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?

RETURNS
7-day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase. No questions asked. 

The artwork must be returned in the original packaging, undamaged

Return shipping cost are at customer’s expense; customer must insure artwork for return. 

IF SHIPMENT ARRIVES DAMAGED
We do our utmost to ensure that your artwork is packaged carefully and arrives safely at the destination.

If your painting arrives and the box is damaged, please contact me via the website immediately with your order number to let me know and to receive further instructions.

Before opening the package, YOU MUST PHOTOGRAPH the damaged package.  You may open the package to see if the work has been damaged and if the painting or print is damaged, please photograph the damaged artwork.  

Concealed damage allows for the discovery of loss or damage up to 15 days after final delivery. All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received.

NOTE: Every original work of art is photographed before and after it is packaged and before it is sent to you, for insurance purposes. All of my original artworks are insured for transportation.

CANCELLATION POLICY 
Please contact studio@gwennknapp.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. If it has not yet shipped, it can be cancelled, and a refund issued.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN OPEN EDITION PRINT, A SIGNED PRINT, AND AN ORIGINAL?

PRINTS: A print is a very high-quality reproduction of an original painting. My prints are created by taking high-resolution photographs of my original signed paintings, and then printing them onto museum-quality, archival papers and other materials. 

OPEN EDITION PRINTS: Your order for an open edition print will go directly to the printer for fulfillment, according to your specifications.

SIGNED PRINTS: Your order for a signed print will be fulfilled locally and hand-signed by me. It will ship unframed in a shipping tube.

ORIGINALS: An original painting is just that – a one-of-a-kind painting, done completely by hand by me, Gwenn. Original paintings vary in size and material. 

WHAT CURRENCY IS USED?
All pricing is in U.S. dollars.   

ARE PAINTINGS READY TO HANG?
All original paintings are shipped ready to hang, using professional grade wire and attachments.

ARE CUSTOM ORDERS & COMMISSIONS AVAILABLE?
